TARE CART
This organisation was registered in 2015 with the intention to create employment opportunity to the people who are struggling for their survival, socially and economically very backward. We are trying to and working for the upliftment of such people. Since most of them were engaged in unskilled, unorganized, unprotected working conditions we have started our activity in the areas where we can accommodate most of the people.

Our targeted segment of people do not have much safe living conditions to lead a self-esteemed life. The life of most of the people especially, women and children are very sympathetic. We are working to provide employment to the unorganized people by organizing them under Self Help Groups, "Thanal" and providing them Training in reputed Training centres, like CTCRI, KVK, CPCRI, Agriculture Departments etc. We are planning to create employment opportunities incorporating the people who got Training in concerned fields, especially for women, and trying to enhance the income source of the people by providing training in homestead cultivation , kitchen poultry farm, rearing of goats, rearing of cows, fish farming etc. We are mainly concentrating for the empowerment of women, which automatically secure the life of children.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- To work for the upliftment of rural people in financial, cultural and social developments.
- To conduct training programs to unemployed rural youth and women so as to guide them to secure Job opportunities.
- To organize women’s groups and train them to set up income generating units.
- To encourage rural development programs which will enable the rural people to self-sustainability.
- To conduct environment related programs, so as to create awareness on such issues.
- Dissemination and implementation of health, hygiene and sanitary measures so as to make the rural poor self-reliant.
- To conduct personality development programs for the benefit of rural women.
- To organize activities like village reconstruction and welfare which may help to improve the socio- economic conditions of the people
- To capacitate women to ensure active participation in development activities implemented by various Government agencies.
- To take active steps to provide best education to the children from SC/ST communities.
- To strive for the protection of ‘Girl Child’.
- To create Labour Bank and “Karma Sena” to create employment to unskilled and semi-skilled people.
- To establish Old Age Homes to look after the uncared old lives.
- Health and paliative care activities
- "Save food, share food, share joy" - Free food to needy people

The involvement of the members is personal. Not only do they help in the management of the Trust but also mentor and get actively involved in the lives of the children.

Sureshkumar B. V holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing. He has a special interest in Nature and the Environment.

U. P. AnilKumar have Ph.D in 'Empowerment of the Marginalized Sections of Indian Society' from the University of Kerala. Served as a faculty member in the Institute of Distance Education, University of Kerala. He has many research papers in reputed academic journals to his credit and his areas of interest are Public Policy Analysis, Social Movements and Political Sociology. He has formed People's Budget Movement to spread budget literacy among common mass. He is especially interested to perform for the enhancement of the living conditions of the marginalised segment of people.

Noble Gulab ST holds a BSc, MA in English Literature, and an MBA. He was employed with M/s. Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd., Vydyudhibhavanam, Trivandrum, as a Senior Superintendent (Retd.). He has extensive experience in liaison with the Government Secretariat, the Accountant General's Office, and the Kerala Legislature Secretariat. He is also experienced in Marketing and Sales Management.
